CONSULTATION PROCESS

To save you time we offer a 2 Stage Consultation Process to ensure we can be of assistance prior to booking a face to face Assessment.

 

DIGITAL ASSESSMENT - Part 1

Is best done via Texting & requires a list of concerns you would like addressed in order of importance with corresponding confidential photos.

Our Lead Clinician will assess these & provide the best possible recommendations with the fairest possible starting prices along with Payment Options.

 

This will give you the opportunity to assess if the recommendations & pricing can fit your time frame & financial expectations, allowing you to easily explore your best financing options by quickly applying online without obligation for Beautifi’s 0% or Low Interest flexible financing options in minutes if using high interest Credit Cards are not a desirable option.

 

FACE TO FACE ASSESSMENT- Part 2

 

Once it has been established that we can indeed assist with your concerns, & that the options on offer are financially feasible, we then arrange for a Complimentary one on one ~30 minute assessment on any one subject.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept E Transfer, Debit, VISA & M/C.

We have also partnered with Beautifi to offer 0 or Low % interest flexible Financing Options OAC.

 

CUSTOM BLENDED SKIN CARE

All custom blended, Quantum bio energized skin care CosMEDermal Rx orders must be prepaid via EFT, CC on file, or as part of your Beautifi package Financing.

To give you the undivided attention you deserve, ALL visits need to be by appointment only.

 

RESERVING YOUR VISIT

A Visa or M/C on File, or a 25% Refundable* deposit via E Transfer, are required to guarantee all appointments. * Your 25% deposit will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day of your visit.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 48 business hours advanced notice to cancel or change appointments of 1 hr or less, & 72 hours for appointments 75 minutes & longer, unless there is a documented medical emergency to avoid a full charge. Your consideration allows us to remain in business.

NB- As we are always closed on Sundays & Mondays if your appointment is booked for a Tuesday - notice as of the previous Friday would be required to provide sufficient time to fill in your vacant spot & avoid a full charge.

 

All Treatments & Custom Blended Products are Non Refundable.
