We do not believe in booking treatments before understanding the needs of the person receiving them. As well, in order to respect everyones’ valuable time, every new clients’ journey at AGE LESS Laser+Clinic begins with a structured two-step consultation process.
Step 1: Your Initial Consultation
This is the conversation that makes everything else possible. After sending us confidential photos of the areas of concern with details of improvements you are wanting to achieve; along with your time frame for moving forward - providing our initial discussion & initial recommendations etc resonate; we can then move on to the 2nd face to face step of your assessment with fully customized recommendations where the best possible pricing is confirmed.

Step 2: Your Treatment Plan Review
At your face to face assessment this is where we clearly detail why you may want to consider investing in your skin since you will live with it for the rest of your life. We thoroughly assess your skin, your concerns, your health history,your goals & your time frame for getting started. We ask the questions most clinics skip. And we tell you honestly what your skin needs, what it will take to get there, and what results you can realistically expect.
Before your first treatment begins, we walk you through your personalised treatment plan in full. Technologies used, timeline, session spacing, any beneficial support at home care, and best costs are all discussed and confirmed. You know exactly what you are committing to before you commit to anything.

Q. What does the 2-step consultation involve?
A. To save you time the first step is an over the phone/ texting overview assessment of your skin and health. The second is a full face to face review of your personalised treatment plan, including technologies, timeline, and best possible pricing. Both steps happen before any treatment begins.

Q. Are your treatments suitable for all skin tones?
Yes. We specifically invest in multiple advanced European technologies, including the 1064 Yag, to safely and effectively treat all skin tones. If you have been told elsewhere that lasers are not suitable for your skin, speak to us before accepting that answer.
Q. What is your cancellation and booking policy?
A. We ask that clients who book assessment consultations are genuinely ready to explore treatment. Out of respect for our team, our existing devoted clients, & everyones time we reserve slots for serious inquiries. Q. How do I know which treatment is right for me?
A. You find out at your initial assessment followed by a face to face consultation. If our philosophies intertwined we can then move forward to reach your goals. That is exactly what these 2 assessments are for.
Q. Can I combine treatments?
A. Yes, and for many clients a layered, combination approach produces the ultimate results. Your treatment plan will include recommendations for which services will work best together for your very specific concerns.
